The first social network for dogs is also designed for humans

SNiF Tag, for SNiF Labs – Boston, MA - Social Networking in Fur (SNiF) combines the worlds of dog walking, night clubs, and social networking in a product that enables man’s best friend to help men and women meet new friends and keep track of their dog’s social interaction. SNiF, a startup spun out of MIT’s Media Lab, asked us to design the collar tag which gives dog owners a way to remotely check on a dog’s activity while at work, to monitor distance walked, and to make new friends that also love dogs.

The durable little tags were designed for IP68 ingress protection, to be resistant to the force of dog chewing, and customizable.

The unboxing experience was designed to walk the user through the start-up process, so that by the time the unit was unpacked, it was also ready to use.
