Adoption architecture.
People go back to the old way when the new one is slower, riskier or harder to trust. We design products people choose to keep using.
Launch is not adoption.
The problem
Why people don’t use what you built.
01 Value
The value isn’t clear.
People can’t see what’s in it for them.
02 Journey
The journey gets in the way.
Too many steps. Too much effort. Too little reward.
03 Trust
Trust isn’t there.
People can’t understand or verify the result.
04 Workflow
The workflow doesn’t fit.
The new tool adds work instead of making it easier.
How we work
Design for the weeks after launch.
We find where people hesitate, drop off or return to old habits. Then we redesign and test what’s getting in the way, from unclear value to awkward journeys and workflows.
What we deliver
Experiences people choose to keep using.
We make the value clear, simplify the journey, build trust into the experience and design workflows around how people actually work.

Proof in practice
Designed so the first visit becomes a relationship.
Informal merchants weren’t coming to the bank, so we designed the service that takes the bank to them: the agents, the consent flow, the follow-up and the handover. In the first phase, 84% of merchant visits became live leads, and 3 in 4 of those merchants were new to the bank.

The Promise-to-Proof Diagnostic shows why people aren’t using what you built, and which roadblock to fix first.
