SwitchPay

Making the impossible sale possible.

By surfacing alternative payment methods at the price tag, rather than the checkout, we repositioned SwitchPay around the shopper. What was once a merchant add-on became the reason a sale could happen.

A few more things we’ve made.

  • Turning a blind spot into a way in.

Township liquor trade is a big market banks barely understand, which is why their products rarely fit. Help Squad puts FNB people on the street first, to learn how traders actually run their businesses, so what gets built next is what they actually need.

  • Banking infrastructure, sold like software.

A serious set of banking capabilities that nobody outside the building could see, let alone try. The Storefront turns it into a self-service front door, where a client can find the right product, test it in a sandbox and start building, before anyone picks up the phone.

  • Many products. One merchant experience.

Ecentric set out to double the business through Tier 2 retail, but the market was too small to get there. We widened the brief to any client that fits, and blueprinted how Ecentric orchestrates the merchant experience end to end.

  • Where the platform meets the people running it.

Running card programmes on a next-generation processing platform still meant spreadsheets, scattered tools and manual approvals. The TXN suite brings it together: a Control Center where issuers, sponsors and programme managers see and govern everything in one view, and a Knowledge Hub where developers find the docs, simulate transactions and get building.

Make it real.

A strategy only matters when people can experience it. If yours isn’t there yet, let’s find out why.
